HEARING SERVICES AND AGHS REFORM BILL 1997

Mrs Moylan (Minister for Family Services), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to amend the Hearing Services Act 1991, to enact transitional provisions relating to the corporatisation of the Australian Government Health Service, and for other purposes.

Bill read a first time.

Mrs Moylan moved—That the Bill be now read a second time.

Paper: Mrs Moylan presented an explanatory memorandum to the Bill.
