  *353    Mr Conroy : To ask the Minister for the Environment—Further to the answer to question in writing No. 284, in respect of Contract Notice CN3638828 published on AusTender on 5 November 2019 and the research carried out for the Department of the Environment and Energy by JWS Research under this contract, what are the deliverables under this contract that have been provided to the department and when was each deliverable provided.

  *354    Mr Conroy : To ask the Minister for the Environment—In respect of Contract Notice CN3638828 published on AusTender on 5 November 2019 and the research carried out for the Department of the Environment and Energy by JWS Research under this contract:

(1)         What amounts (including GST) has the department paid to JWS Research under this contract to date.

(2)         What amounts remain to be paid.

(3)         When does the department expect to make any remaining payments.

  *355    Mr Conroy : To ask the Minister for the Environment—In respect of Contract Notice CN3638828 published on AusTender on 5 November 2019 and Contract Notice Amendment CN3638828-A1 published on AusTender on 19 February 2020, why was the value of this contract increased by $292,260.00.

              Mr O’Connor : To ask the Ministers listed below (question Nos. *356 to *357)—

(1)         On what dates did meetings occur between the department (including with the Minister and ministerial staff) and the following supply chain finance firms: (a) Greensill; (b) Taulia; (c) Citibank; and (d) Earlytrade.

(2)         Can the Minister confirm the discussions related to the provision of supply chain finance on government projects and procurements.

(1)         Is the Minister aware of the report.

(2)         What consideration has the department given the report.

(3)         What is the Minister’s position regarding the report.

(4)         Is the Government giving consideration to the suggestions regarding possible enhancements to budget reporting outlined by the PBO, as summarised in table 4 on page 23 of the report.

(5)         Can advice be provided regarding the Government’s responses and intentions as to each of the 10 possible enhancements to budget reporting outlined by the PBO, as summarised in table 4 on page 23 of the report.
