28    Constitution Alteration (Freedom of Expression and Freedom of the Press) 2019

Senator Patrick, also on behalf of Senator Griff, pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 13—That the following bill be introduced:

A Bill for an Act to alter the Constitution to expressly protect freedom of expression, including freedom of the press.
