PRIVILEGES--STANDING COMMITTEE--54TH, 55TH AND 56TH REPORTS

The Chair of the Standing Committee of Privileges (Senator Teague)

tabled the following report and document:

54th report--Possible unauthorised disclosure of a submission to the

Joint Committee on the National Crime Authority, dated June 1995 and

committee documents (1 vol.).

Report ordered to be printed on the motion of Senator Teague.

Senator Teague, by leave, moved--That the Senate endorse the finding at

paragraph 2.16 and adopt the recommendation contained in paragraph 2.18

of the 54th report of the Committee of Privileges.

55th report--Possible penalty or injury to a witness before the

Standing Committee on Industry, Science, Technology, Transport,
