PROHIBITION OF EXPORTATION OF URANIUM TO FRANCE (CUSTOMS ACT AMENDMENT)
BILL 1995

Senator Coulter, pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a

formal motion, moved--That the following bill be introduced:

A Bill for an Act to amend the Customs Act 1901 to prohibit the

exportation of uranium-bearing ore or uranium ore concentrates to

France until the cessation of French nuclear weapons testing in the

South Pacific Region.
