GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S PROCLAMATIONS--COMMENCEMENT OF PROVISIONS OF AN ACT
AND FIXING OF DATE FOR PURPOSES OF DEFINITION

Proclamations by His Excellency the Governor-General were tabled,

notifying that His Excellency had proclaimed the following provisions of

an Act to come into operation on the date specified and fixing a date as

the proclaimed day for the purposes of a definition:

Archives Amendment Act 1995--Paragraphs 3(a) and 3(b), and sections 4

and 5--7 June 1995 (Gazette No. S 201, 1 June 1995).

Banking (State Bank of South Australia and Other Matters) Act

1994--fixing 1 July 1994 as the proclaimed day for the purposes of the

definition of "Proclaimed day" in subsection 54(4) (Gazette No. S 202,

1 June 1995).
