INTERSTATE ROAD TRANSPORT CHARGE AMENDMENT BILL 1995

Schacht)--That these bills be now read a second time.

bills.

The Interstate Road Transport Amendment Bill 1995 to be reported without

amendments and the Interstate Road Transport Charge Amendment Bill 1995

to be reported without requests for amendments.

The Acting Deputy President (Senator McKiernan) resumed the Chair and

the Temporary Chairman of Committees (Senator Watson) reported

accordingly.

On the motion of the Minister for Defence (Senator Ray) the report from

the committee was adopted and the bills read a third time.
