AIR NAVIGATION AMENDMENT (EXTENSION OF CURFEW AND LIMITATION OF AIRCRAFT
MOVEMENTS) BILL 1995

Senator Bourne, pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal

motion, moved--That the following bill be introduced:

A Bill for an Act to amend the Air Navigation Act 1920 to extend the

curfew and impose a maximum hourly rate of aircraft movements at

Kingsford Smith Airport.

Question put and passed.

Senator Bourne presented the bill and moved--That this bill may proceed

without formalities and be now read a first time.

Senator Bourne moved--That this bill be now read a second time.
