ADJOURNMENT

The Minister for Family Services (Senator Crowley) moved--That the

Senate do now adjourn.

Debate ensued.

Notice of motion: Senator Ian Macdonald, by leave, gave a notice of

motion as follows: To move on the next day of sitting--That there be

laid on the table, by the Minister for the Environment, Sport and

Territories (Senator Faulkner), not later than 5 p.m. on 7 February

1995, the assessment of forest areas for their conservation value,

including documentation and substantiated evidence required by clause 12

of the contracts, produced to the Commonwealth by the respective

grantees pursuant to the four contracts tabled in the Senate by Senator

Faulkner on 2 February 1995, as required by the order of the Senate of 2

February 1995, and copies of the acquittal reports referred to in clause

5 in each contract.

The Senate adjourned at 7.29 p.m. till Monday, 6 February 1995 at 2 p.m.
