The Minister for the Environment, Sport and Territories (Senator

Faulkner), at the request of the Minister for Foreign Affairs (Senator

Gareth Evans) and pursuant to notice, moved--That the following bills be

introduced:

A Bill for an Act to amend the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern

Territory) Act 1976.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals

Act 1994.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Archives Act 1983.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

A Bill for an Act to amend various Acts relating to communications and

the arts.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Export Market Development Grants Act

1974, and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend the law relating to human rights, and for

related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend various Acts relating to law and justice,

and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend the National Health Act 1953, and for

related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend various Acts administered by the Department

of Primary Industries and Energy, to repeal the Livestock Diseases Act

1978, and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to make provision for safety in the transport of

dangerous goods by road as part of the system of nationally consistent

road transport laws.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Telecommunications (Interception) Act

1979 and the Telecommunications Act 1991, and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Act

1992, and for related purposes.
