PRIVILEGES--STANDING COMMITTEE--EXTENSION OF TIME TO REPORT

The Chair of the Standing Committee of Privileges (Senator Teague),

pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion,

moved--That the time for the presentation of the report of the Standing

Committee of Privileges on the Parliamentary Privileges Amendment

(Enforcement of Lawful Orders) Bill 1994 as it relates to the report of

the Auditor-General on leases in the Casselden Place building and the

refusal of the Minister for Trade (Senator McMullan) to produce

documents in response to an order of the Senate be extended to 1 March

1995.
