NOTICE OF MOTION

The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Primary Industries and

Energy (Senator Sherry), by leave, gave a notice of motion as follows:

To move on the next day of sitting--

(1) That the days of meeting of the Senate after Thursday, 17

November 1994, for the remainder of the Spring sittings, be as

follows:

Monday, 28 November to Thursday, 1 December

Monday, 5 December to Friday, 9 December.

(2) That the hours of meeting shall be:

Monday, 28 November and Monday, 5 December: 10 a.m.--7.20 p.m.

Tuesday, 29 November: 9.30 a.m.--adjournment (to allow

Legislation Committees to meet)

Tuesday, 6 December: 2 p.m.--7 p.m., 8 p.m.--10.30 p.m.

Wednesday, 30 November and Wednesday, 7 December: 9.30

a.m.--7.20 p.m.

Thursday, 1 December and Thursday, 8 December: 9.30 a.m.--7

Friday, 9 December: 9.30 a.m.--3.40 p.m.

(3) That the routine of business shall be as follows:

order of 2 February 1994, relating to the times of sitting and

routine of business, shall apply in respect of this order.
