NOTICES OF MOTION

Senator Panizza, by leave and at the request of the Chair of the

Community Affairs References Committee (Senator Herron), gave a notice

of motion as follows: To move on the next day of sitting--That the

Community Affairs References Committee be authorised to hold a public

hearing during the sitting of the Senate on Wednesday, 16 November 1994

from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., for the purposes of taking evidence for the

committee's inquiry into matters pertaining to the marketing of the

Disability Reform Package.

Senator Burns, by leave and at the request of the Chair of the Legal and

Constitutional Legislation Committee (Senator Cooney), gave a notice of

motion as follows: To move on the next day of sitting--That the Legal

and Constitutional Legislation Committee be authorised to hold a public

hearing during the sitting of the Senate on Tuesday, 15 November 1994

from 3.15 p.m. to 6 p.m., for the purposes of taking evidence for the

committee's inquiry into the Criminal Code Bill 1994.
