At the request of Senator Panizza, the committee reconsidered the

Financial Agreement Bill 1994 and resolved that the order of the

Senate of 12 May 1994 adopting report no. 7 of 1994 be varied as

follows:

That the Financial Agreement Bill 1994 not be referred to the

Standing Committee on Finance and Public Administration.

The Committee recommends accordingly.
