notice, moved--That the following bills be introduced:

A Bill for an Act relating to banking.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander

Commission Act 1989, and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend the Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and

Framlingham Forest) Act 1987.

A Bill for an Act to amend various Acts relating to matters dealt with

by the Department of Industry, Technology and Regional Development,

and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend various Acts relating to law and justice,

and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to provide for the granting of proprietary rights to

breeders of certain new varieties of plants and fungi, to repeal the

Plant Variety Rights Act 1987, and for related purposes.

A Bill for an Act to amend the law relating to primary industries and

energy, and for related purposes.

proceed without formalities, may be taken together and be now read a

first time.
