PETROLEUM RETAIL MARKETING SITES AMENDMENT BILL 1982

The Leader of the Australian Democrats (Senator Chipp), pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion, moved-That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to amend the Petroleum Retail Marketing Sites Act 1980.

Question-put and passed.

Bill presented, and on the motion of Senator Chipp read a first time.

Senator Chipp, by leave, moved-That this Bill be now read a second time.

On the motion of the Minister for Finance (Senator Dame Margaret Guilfoyle) the debate was adjourned.
