ORDER OF BUSINESS-RE-ARRANGEMENT

-Suspension of Standing Orders: Senator Robertson, at the request of the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Button) and pursuant to contingent notice, moved-That so much of the Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent Senator Button moving a motion relating to the order of business on the Notice Paper.

Senator Robertson, at the request of Senator Button, moved-That, unless otherwise ordered, at 8 p.m. this day, business be considered in the following order- (1) General Business, Order of the Day No. 136 (Queensland Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders (Self-Management and Land Rights) Bill 1981).

(2) Further consideration of Ministerial Papers, pursuant to Sessional Order, for a period of thirty minutes.

(3) General Business, Order of the Day No. 169 (Constitution Alteration (Fixed Term Parliaments) Bill 1981).

(4) General Business, Order of the Day No. 191 (Aircraft Carrier Purchase- Ministerial Statement).
