Treaties--

Common Fund for Commodities--Agreement establishing the Common Fund for Commodities, drawn up at Geneva on 27 June 1980, and signed by Australia in New York on 20 May 1981.

Cultural Co-operation--Agreement on Cultural Co-operation between the Government of Australia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, signed in Canberra on 29 April 1981, and entered into force on that date.

International Wheat Agreement--1981 Protocols for the Sixth Extension of the Wheat Trade Convention 1971 and the First Extension of the Food Aid Convention 1980 constituting the International Wheat Agreement 1971, signed by Australia in Washington on 12 May 1981 and ratified by Australia on 4 June 1981,

Money Orders--Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of Malta for the Exchange of Money Orders, signed in Valetta on 26 June 1980, and entered into force on that date.

Plant Protection--

Revised Text of the International Plant Protection Convention, accepted by Australia on 22 May 1981.

1979 Amendments to the Plant Protection Agreement for the South East Asia and Pacific Region, accepted by Australia on 17 June 1981.

Scientific and Technological Co-operation--Basic Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United Mexican States on Scientific and Technological Co-operation, signed in Mexico City on 24 June 1981.

Space Vehicle Tracking and Communications Facilities--Amendment of an Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United States of America concerning Space Vehicle Tracking and Communications Facilities, signed in Canberra on 29 May 1980; notes signed and exchanged in Canberra on 21 July 1981, and the Amendment entered into force on that date.

Trade--Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, drawn up at Geneva on 12 April 1979.

Trade in Mutton, Lamb and Goatmeat--Agreement between the Government of Australia and the European Economic Community on Trade in Mutton, Lamb and Goatmeat, signed in Paris on 12 November 1980.

World Tourism Organization Statutes--Amendments to Article 38 of the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization and to paragraph 12 of the Financing Rules attached to the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization, adopted in Torremolines on 25 September 1979, and accepted by Australia on 13 March 1981.
