The House of Representatives transmits to the Senate a Bill intituled ""A Bill for an Act to amend the "Overseas Telecommunications Act 1946' '', in which it desires the concurrence of the Senate.

The Minister for Finance (Senator Dame Margaret Guilfoyle) moved--That the Bill may be taken through all its stages without delay.

Question--put and passed.

On the motion of the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Button) the debate was adjourned.
