WOOL INDUSTRY AMENDMENT BILL 1981

Order of the Day read for the adjourned debate on the Question--That this Bill be now read a second time.

Senator Walsh moved an amendment, viz: At end of motion, add "", but the Senate calls on the Government not to proceed with the sale of the Australian Wool Testing Authority as announced in the Review of Commonwealth Functions''.

Debate ensued.
