Technical arrangements between the U.S. Department of the Navy and the Commonwealth of Australia Department of Defence relating to--

The handling of RAN and RN submarine message traffic via U.S. Naval Communication Station at North West Cape, Western Australia, dated 18 May 1967 and 1 February 1968.

Commissaries at North West Cape in the State of Western Australia, dated 24 and 28 October 1966.

Telecommunications Service, dated 31 December 1965 and 11 January 1966.

The Leader of the Opposition in the Senate (Senator Button), by leave, moved--That the Senate take note of the Statement.

Ordered--That the debate be adjourned till the next day of sitting, and that Senator Button have leave to continue his speech on the resumption of the debate.
