ESTIMATES COMMITTEES--APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES G AND K AND REFERENCE OF PARTICULARS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE 1980-81

The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs (Senator Baume), by leave, amended Government Business, Notice of Motion No. 4, standing in the name of the Minister for Social Security (Senator Chaney).

Senator Baume then, at the request of Senator Chaney and pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion, moved--That, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 36AB, and unless otherwise ordered--

(1) Two additional Estimates Committees be appointed to be known as Estimates Committees G and H.

(2) The Particulars of Proposed Additional Expenditure for the Service of the Year Ending on 30 June 1981 and the Particulars of Certain Proposed Additional Expenditure in Respect of the Year Ending on 30 June 1981 be referred herewith to Estimates Committees for examination and report.

(3) The Committees consider the Proposed Additional Expenditure in relation to Departments, as follows:
