Again, what our bill does that currently is not within the regime is actually extend the provisions of good faith bargaining over to the greenfields agreement. It is only when you cannot reach agreement that you would go to the Fair Work Commission, the independent umpire—but absolutely not in relation to your question. In fact, it is the exact opposite: the good faith bargaining requirements are taken now within the greenfields regime.
