Senator FIELDING (Leader of the Family First Party) (9:27 PM) —I do not wish to waste the Senate’s time any longer. I have said it is very hard to estimate the numbers purely because these cars are not tagged for farmers and tourism that well. I would say that I think you are reading far too much into this issue, Senator Abetz. I think we are going round in circles, to be frank. The regulations will reflect the intent of legislation—

Senator FIELDING —will reflect. These amendments are pretty straightforward really. They are not that complex and I really do not want to keep going round in circles on the issue. There has been no special arrangement made about the regulations. They will follow the intent of the legislation. I think we need to get on with the vote. We are wasting Senate time.
