Senator CAMPBELL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for the Environment and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Sport, Territories and Local Government)(6.42 p.m.) —The answer remains the same as my first attempt, which is that remuneration refers to over-award matters and this refers to award matters.

Senator Jacinta Collins —Would the parliamentary secretary please provide me with a precedent for that notion that remuneration refers to over-award matters?

Senator CAMPBELL —I said it can include over-award matters.

Senator Jacinta Collins —It can include but it may not necessarily include. It may include actual award matters as well in remuneration.

Senator CAMPBELL —It may include any other matters.
