Senator HOGG(4.29 p.m.) —My next question relates to proposed section 83BS, which refers to the identity of AWA parties not being disclosed. It says that an `entrusted person' must not disclose protected information, and there is provision for a penalty of imprisonment for six months. Firstly, is that the maximum or minimum penalty? Secondly, does that apply even when a person does not intend to disclose but the information becomes available or known?
