To the Honourable the President and Members of the Senate in Parliament assembled:

The petition of certain citizens of Australia.

Your petitions request that the Senate, in Parliament assembled, should recognise the value of maintaining existing Medicare offices in rural Australia, and are opposed to the closure of any of these offices.

Your petitioners request that the Senate reject any measures that would have the effect of removing any existing Medicare offices.
