Senator MARGETTS(10.50 a.m.) —I understand what the minister is saying. There are certainly a number of issues that get debated in the community. I would like to think that community concerns are taken into consideration when such things are discussed. The fact that such things have been discussed is quite different from advising people of any decision that has been made. There cannot have been any decision made, could there, Minister, because it would have had to go through the Senate for a final decision to be made on the number of ATSIC councillors?
