—Again, I do not want any misinterpretation about any lack of feeling in respect of this last amendment—quite the contrary. For obvious reasons we have canvassed this issue at length. It is that section of the government's proposals that relate to the chair. We will be opposing this provision for all of the reasons that have already been given.
