Senator BROWNHILL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Trade and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy)(6.04 p.m.) —I was trying to clarify it.

Senator BROWNHILL —Schedule 6 deals with amendments to the Wool International Act 1993. Section 9(4)(d) of part 1 of it states:

the instrument must be expressed to take effect only when it can no longer be disallowed by either House of the Parliament.
