Senator BROWNHILL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Trade and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy)(5.57 p.m.) —There has been a bit of a misunderstanding by you, Senator Woodley. It has to be understood that this is a one-off decision. It will be for the approval of a Wool International proposal. Wool International Holdings will not require the approval of the parliament for its daily operations. That point needs to be pretty clearly made tonight. I made it at the hearings we had. The reason I am not speaking too much on this occasion is that you had plenty of talk and discussion at the inquiry that was previously held into this bill.
