Senator BROWNHILL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Trade and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy)(4.14 p.m.) —To the best of my knowledge, the figures given at the hearing are correct. I cannot see any reason for them not being so. With regard to the administering of the grants entry test for first time claimants—I have already made the point in my reply to the debate—there has not been a great increase in the number of pages as far as the grants entry test requirements are concerned. I would not envisage that there would be any increase in costs, to the best of my belief and knowledge. I will definitely get a comment from my advisers on that. That is the way it is. There would be no increase at all for claimants, and Austrade would get approximately $2 million per year to administer the scheme.
