Senator CHAMARETTE(12.17 p.m.)
—I am actually pursuing my course of questions about the Attorney-General's Department because there are a number, as I mentioned, that I will incorporate and a number that I want to ask now. I notice that there are proportional increases to the appropriation for the High Court of Australia, division 127—14.5 per cent more than would be expected on the basis of last year's budget. Does the government foresee High Court cases and, if so, why? Why aren't there the kinds of savings here that we see in the Family Court or in the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission?
