Senator SPINDLER(5.40 p.m.) —I think the suggestion made by Senator Cooney has merit. I have a high opinion of Senator Cooney's concerns about court proceedings and that they be conducted in as impartial and valid way as possible. Subject to what the minister says, I believe this addition would satisfy some of her concerns.
