If it is right that the interests of justice require it, presumably there is no time limit on that either. So a claimant could come along some years later and say, `The interests of justice require a variation'. We may have already paid out money and proceeded on a certain basis, yet someone could come along and say, `Well, I'm afraid I was not aware of any of this; our group lived elsewhere and we have now come back' and there will be a very valid claim before us.
