Senator CRANE (11.52 p.m.) —Mr Chairman, I am just going to make one more comment on this and then I will sit down so that we can vote on it before we get up. I want to say to the minister that this is a most vicious attack on Western Australia—


Senator Gareth Evans —But you said that about the last clause and the one before that.


Senator CRANE —Maybe I did, but the rollover provision does not apply to them, because there has to be the making of an amendment or the repeal of the legislation. It is a deliberately vindictive action against pastoralists in Western Australia.
