Senator CRANE (11.01 p.m.) —As a follow-up to the example that my colleague Senator Ellison gave, and from what I understood of Senator Chamarette's answer, she does not see the school and the university as being incompatible in terms of development. These are legitimate questions, and I ask the honourable senator not to screw up her face like that. I am just trying to establish in point of fact what this means.

  To give another example, if some land were acquired by the state which was designated for housing, and some time later down the track it was decided that it was not suitable or it was not required for housing, or whatever the reason might be, and it was decided that it be rezoned for five-acre urban/rural farms, would that be compatible or would it have to go further? Where would the line be drawn in terms of what is compatible and what is not compatible?
