Senator CHAMARETTE (11.00 p.m.) —I believe paragraph (aa) says that no native title would be extinguished if it were acquired for the purpose of a school, no school was built, but a university was. At the point where the university expanded to such a degree that it was incompatible with whatever the existing native title right was, compensation would be paid for the extinguishment of the native title.
