Senator McMULLAN (Minister for the Arts and Administrative Services) (3.15 p.m.) —In normal circumstances I would be very concerned if any agency of my department were ordering something of this sort that was printed in America, but I will not criticise any agency for buying UNICEF cards. It seems to me to be a perfectly reasonable, socially responsible thing to do, and I will not criticise the agency for it.

Senator Ian Macdonald —What about the Buy Australia campaign?

Senator McMULLAN —Those opposite can go around kicking UNICEF; I will not.
