Senator HILL (Leader of the Opposition) —by leave—I have been searching for the government amendments that we were promised last night. I understood that they would be available this morning. We consented to start the debate when the bill was in an unsatisfactory state last night. It would be intolerable if the government expected us to continue today still without the substantial amendments. Senator Boswell is entitled to debate the bill that the government intends to pass. I therefore ask the minister: where are the amendments?
