Senator BELL (8.49 p.m.) —I will be happy to address that question. Although I have already answered it three times, I will answer it once again. I only answered it about five times for Senator Kemp. I have said this privately to Senator Crane and I will now say it publicly. As far as the live sheep issue is concerned, I would personally be prepared to take any action whatsoever to participate in a protest to express my opinion that the live sheep issue is a matter of animal welfare. I believe that to express my opinion in any way, shape or form is a fundamental right which I will continue to use. If my action here facilitates other people being able to express their opinions, I feel proud to stand here and do it.
