Senator MacGIBBON —Mr Acting Deputy President, I seek leave to make a statement as I claim to have been misrepresented once more.

  Leave granted.

Senator MacGIBBON —I have never made an appeal on the grounds that it was not dangerous flying. I did not know what charge the department had laid. I was concerned because of the entrapment. The other point is that this was this man's property, they were his own cattle, and he found that he had a whole bunch of people mustering cattle on his property. He was entrapped by the CAA into giving evidence against himself and I think he was fined $3,000 or $6,000. I will always speak up in those cases.
