Senator McMULLAN (Minister for the Arts and Administrative Services) (11.32 p.m.) —The system does not require agencies to advise DIR if they have received such a letter. I cannot give Senator Crane a full and comprehensive response. As I am advised, it is almost certain that all of the agencies have not received the same letter. I suppose there would be agency specific matters in all of them; if not, then at least in some of them. One would expect it to be in all of them, but that is not something that I can confirm. They would not all have received the same letter. In fact, all of them may not have even received the letter as yet. There is not a central register. They do not necessarily all have to be drawn to the attention of the Department of Industrial Relations.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Senator Childs)—If that concludes the examination of subprogram 2.1, we will move to program 3, subprogram 3.1.
