Senator MacGIBBON (11.17 a.m.) —I thank the Minister for his answer. I would observe that we all understand that he is in the dying stages of his career, but he should reflect on the old saying that courtesy costs nothing.

Senator MacGIBBON —It was a statement. I realise that you would not have the intelligence to understand it.
