Senator COOK (Minister for Trade) (3.46 p.m.) —I do not want to be difficult and we do not want to deny the rights of honourable senators, but it is now a quarter to four and the normal procedure has been to have a time limit on this sort of thing. We will be quite reasonable about it on this occasion, but there is a notice on Standing Orders that might be considered later, when the Manager of Government Business in the Senate (Senator Faulkner) brings it on, dealing with this issue.
