I do not believe I need to attach any particular ceremony to this amendment; I have rehearsed it in my speech in the second reading debate. It simply proposes to reduce the rates that are described on pages six and seven in the tables by 50 per cent to enable the producers of the food items so listed to contribute a more equitable amount.
