  (2) 852 square metres.

  (3) Leased.

  (4) No. ATSIC officers are not aware of any immediate plans for the AMS to move to other premises. However, the organisation has submitted plans for the lease/purchase of new premises to meet their needs. The organisation estimates it needs between 1,600 and 1,700 square metres.
