Senator TAMBLING (Deputy Leader of the National Party of Australia) (1.49 p.m.) —I share the views and concern expressed by the Minister for Industrial Relations (Senator Cook) that, in normal manner, the Australian Democrats, once again, seek to regulate everything they can get their hands on. In this particular instance we are looking at some very important commercial principles that have to be underpinned. Similarly, we would expect reciprocal arrangements internationally that could be quite important with regard to Australian marketing at the same time. The coalition will not be supporting the amendment and in general terms I share the views of the Government.
