Senator TATE (Minister for Justice) (1.35 p.m.) —I understand that I can give an assurance that it will be available before it is made public. As to the first question, it is an arrangement which will be made between the home and the adviser in order to stave off a terrible fate. It is up to the contracting parties to determine the terms, but I cannot see any reason why they would not embrace a specifying of the problem and an indication of the nature of the task to be undertaken by the adviser by way of reaching a situation which overcomes the problem. I do not see why the contract would not come to an end when that problem had been satisfactorily resolved.
