Senator PETER BAUME(9.08) —I understand what the Minister is saying. I really need some guidance now, Mr Temporary Chairman, from your right and left as to the way in which the Clerks think we may proceed. I put to the Minister that, if we divide on the bulk of the amendments, that may provide the Clerks with the 10 minutes or so they require. They can give us the form of words and we can then dispose of those. I am really not terribly fussed. I just do not know what we are voting on at the present moment until I see something.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN (Senator Burns) —The question is that Senator Baume's amendments (2), (3), (4), (6), (9) and (10) be agreed to.
